Abstract

تحليل الأثار المباشرة وغير المباشرة للسياسات المختلفة على الاقتصاد القومى بكافة جوانبه وتشكل مصفوفة الحسابات الإجتماعية ( SAM ) أحد المكونات لنظام الحسابات القومية . وتتضمن المصفوفة تدفق الإيرادات والنفقات فيما بين المتعاملين فى المجتمع والقطاعات المختلفة فى الاقتصاد القومى ، واعادة تقسيمها الى مصفوفة حسابات إجتماعية بغرض إستخدامها فى تقييم أثار تغير الإنفاق الحكومى الأجتماعى فى مجالات التعليم والصحة ، وذلك فى إطار الدراسات الخاصة بإعداد تقرير التنمية البشرية الذى يتم بالتعاون بين البرنامج الإنمائى للأمم المتحدة ( UNDP ) ومعهد التخطيط القومى .

Analysis of the direct and indirect effects of various policies on the national economy in all its aspects. The Social Accounts Matrix (SAM) is one of the components of the national accounts system. The matrix includes the flow of revenues and expenditures between stakeholders in society and the various sectors of the national economy, and its re-division into A social accounts matrix for use in evaluating the effects of changes in government social spending in the fields of education and health, within the framework of studies for preparing the Human Development Report, which is being conducted in cooperation between the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the National Planning Institute.
