Abstract

يشهـد عالمنا المعاصر فى القرن العشرين وفى الحقبة االخيرة بالذات سباقا رهيبا بين الدول المتقدمة من أجل رفع مستوى معيشة الافراد وزيادة رفاهيتهم . لذلك تبذل هذه الدول علـــى اختلاف مستوياتها جهودا كبيرة لتنمية نظمها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وزيادة قدرتها الانتاجية الامر الذى يتبلور فى شكل برامج استثمارية ضخمة فى شتى مجالات الانتاج والخدمات.

Our contemporary world in the twentieth century, and in the recent era in particular, is witnessing a tremendous race between developed countries to raise the standard of living of individuals and increase their well-being. Therefore, these countries, at different levels, are making great efforts to develop their economic and social systems and increase their productive capacity, which is crystallized in the form of huge investment programs in various fields of production and services.
