Abstract

ان البحث العلمى هو الوسيلة التى لا بديل عنها لتحديث الصناعة ورفع قدرتها التنافسية بالآضافة الى امتلاك التكنولوجيا حيث لم تعد القدرة التنافسية تقاس فقط من خلال امتلاك الموارد الطبيعية والأيدى العاملة الرخيصة فالكفاءة الأنتاجية والقدرة التنافسية مرتبطان ارتباط وثيقا حيث من الصعب وجود مشروع منافس يستند الى مكونات انتاجية ضعيفة ولكن تعتمد على الأبتكار والأبداع والتميز حيث انهم يحركوا قدرة الصناعة على التنبؤ بالأحتياجات المستقبلية داخل الأسواق المحلية والعالمية ، ولقد كانت فى مصر مشاكل كثيرة للتصنيع فى ظل الأنفتاح العشوائى وهذا مايدعو الى ضرورة التخطيط العقلانى للتنمية الصناعية فى مصر ورفع المحتوى التكنولوجى والذى يحقق فيه قيمة مضافة عالية من استثمارات ضئيلة .

scientific research is the indispensable means to modernize the industry and raise its competitiveness, in addition to possessing technology, as competitiveness is no longer measured only by possessing natural resources and cheap labor. Production efficiency and competitiveness are closely linked, as it is difficult to find a competitive project based on weak production components, but rather depends on innovation, creativity and excellence, as they drive the industry’s ability to predict future needs within local and global markets. Egypt had many problems with manufacturing in light of the random openness, which calls for the necessity of rational planning for industrial development in Egypt and raising the technological content, which achieves high added value from small investments.
