Abstract

تعتبر الدراسة محاولة لوضع تصور للجانب الأهلي المصري وفلسفته ودوافعه ومجالاته فى مجالات التنمية والتأكيد الخاص على دوره السياسي والتاريخي فى أنشطة التنمية خلال العشرينات من القرن الماضي.

This study is considered a trial to highlight the image of Egyptian non-governmental organizations side: its philosophy, initiatives, role and spheres in development with special emphasis on development, beside historical activities, and social spheres since the twenties of the previous century, regarding globalization reflection effect on society economic and social activities, and concentrating in the second on health and education sectors. Regarding results obtained, the study discussed the subject of democracy mobilization in Egypt, its obstacles, and its relation with the Right Societies regarding society political culture situation before and after the 25th of January 2011.
