dc.description.abstractThis study is considered a trial to highlight the image of Egyptian non-governmental organizations side: its philosophy, initiatives, role and spheres in development with special emphasis on development, beside historical activities, and social spheres since the twenties of the previous century, regarding globalization reflection effect on society economic and social activities, and concentrating in the second on health and education sectors. Regarding results obtained, the study discussed the subject of democracy mobilization in Egypt, its obstacles, and its relation with the Right Societies regarding society political culture situation before and after the 25th of January 2011.

Institute of National Planning (INP) was established by Law No. 231 of 1960 as a think-tank public institution with an independent legal personality to enhance the theory and practice of planning in Egypt through: research, training and educational activities.
