Abstract

تعاني مصر من عدة مشاكل اقتصادية اجتماعية تؤثر على عملية التنمية وتقلل من تسارعها ، إلا انه بالنظر لها هو متاح من موارد فإن هناك إمكانية كبيرة للحد والتخلص من عديد من مشكلات مصر الإقتصادية ،وبالتالي جاءت أهمية وضرورة مشروع تنمية وتعمير وإستزراع منطقة جنوب الوادي ، ليس فقط لإقامة مجتمعات عمرانية جديدة تقلل من كثافة السكان داخل الوادي القديم ، ولكن ايضاُ لمحاربة عديد من المشكلات الاقتصادية والتنموية.

Egypt suffers from several socio-economic problems that affect the development process and reduce its acceleration. However, given the available resources, there is a great possibility to reduce and eliminate many of Egypt's economic problems. Hence, the importance and necessity of the project to develop, reconstruct and cultivate the southern valley region came, not only to establish new urban communities that reduce population density within the old valley, but also to combat many economic and development problems.
