Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لعلاقات ودوائر التعاون الاقتصادي المصري الخارجي بهدف دعم جوانب التكامل بين هذه الدوائر كلما أمكن ذلك، والوصول إلى معايير تحدد أولوياتها، وأولويات مجالات التعامل والتعاون، من وجهة نظر الأهداف المحلية والقومية لمصر الدولة ومصر المجتمع بحيث تعين هذه المعايير علـــــى تجنــب احتمالات التناقض والتعارض بين التزامات مصر تجاه تلك الدوائر ووفقا لمجالات التعامل والتعاون المختلفة اقتصادية كانت أم سياسية أم اجتماعية أم ثقافية. وإذا ما حققت الدراسة هذه الأهداف، ولقيت استجابة في فكر و عمل صناع القرار ومتخذيه، تكون هذه خطوة هامة في اتجاه تفعيل حقيقي، يستند إلى أسس ،واقعية لأشكال ومجالات التعامل والتعاون مع الدوائر المختلفة الحركة مصر في علاقاتها الخارجية.

This study aims to provide a future vision for Egypt's external economic cooperation relationships and circles, with the goal of supporting the integration aspects among these circles whenever possible. It seeks to establish criteria that determine their priorities and the priorities of areas of engagement and cooperation from the perspective of local and national objectives for Egypt as a state and society. These criteria should help avoid potential contradictions and conflicts between Egypt's commitments to these circles, in accordance with the various fields of engagement and cooperation, whether economic, political, social, or cultural. If the study achieves these objectives and resonates with the thoughts and actions of decision-makers, it would represent an important step toward genuine activation based on realistic foundations for the forms and areas of engagement and cooperation with the various circles influencing Egypt's external relations.
