Abstract

التنمية كبيرة فى مصر، وذلك راجعا للظروف التى مر بها المجتمع خلال النصف قرن الأخير، منذ كثر الإهتمام بالحضر دون الريف، بالمدينة أكثر من القرن مما نتج عنه فجوه تنموية كبيره، قد رجع تخلف القرية الى المشاكل التنموية فهى لا تحقق تنمية تتصف بالإستمرارية، تؤدى الى الفشل وإتساع الفجوه بين الريف والحضر، بالأضافة الى إختلال التوازن بين الأرض والسكان وإنخفاض نصيب الفرد من الأرض المزروعه. بالأضافة الى إنخفاض الإستثمارات فى القرية وبالتالى فرص العمل مع إستمرار الزياده السكانية، مما يؤدى الى زيادة تيار الهجرة من الريف الى المدن وهذا ينتج عنه مشكلات كثيرة.

Development is great in Egypt, and this is due to the circumstances that society has gone through during the last half century, since there has been more interest in the urban area than the countryside, in the city for more than a century, which resulted in a large development gap. The backwardness of the village is due to development problems, as it does not achieve development characterized by continuity, leading to failure and a widening gap between the countryside and the city, in addition to the imbalance between Land and population and the decline in the per capita share of cultivated land. In addition to the decline in investments in the village and consequently job opportunities with the continued population increase, which leads to an increase in the flow of migration from the countryside to the cities, and this results in many problems.
