168- العدالة فى توزيع ثمار التنمية فى بعض المجالات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية فى محافظات مصر : دراسة تحليلية / Justice in the distribution of the fruits of development in some economic and social fields in Egypt’s governorates: an analytical study.

Abstract

العدالة وهى بمعنى الحكمة ، الشجاعة ، العفه ، العدالة . وهى حصول الفرد على ما هو حق له . وميز أرسطو بين نوعين من العدالة وهما :- العدالة القانونية : وهى أن تعمل الدوله على ضمان حصول كل فرد على نصيب عادل من مواردها . العدالة الأجتماعية : وهى حصول كافه السكان على فوائد ومنافع الموارد الأستثمارية المنفذه والموارد المستخدمة . أما عدالة التوزيع يقصد بها تحقيق المساواه بين الأفراد سواء توزيع الأستثمارات ويعتبر الأعلان العالمى لحقوق الأنسان النطلق الأساسى لتحقيق العدالة بين جميع أفراد ذلك المجتمع .

Justice means wisdom, courage, chastity, and fairness. It is the individual getting what is rightfully his. Aristotle distinguished between two types of justice, which are: Legal justice: The state works to ensure that each individual gets a fair share of its resources. Social justice: The entire population gets the benefits and advantages of the implemented investment resources and the resources used. As for distributive justice, it means Achieving equality among individuals, whether in the distribution of investments, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is considered the basic starting point for achieving justice among all members of that society.
