Abstract

نجد أن السياسات الحكومية تعمل على تقديم الدعم لمنتجى السلع المحلية البديلة للواردات أو اتخاذ اجراءات تحكمية تساعد على زيادة الإنتاج المحلى منها بغرض تخفيض الواردات . وهذا بعد زيادة الصادرات السلعية أو الحد من الواردات منها أو كليها من الأهداف التقليدية التى تسعى الى تحقيقها خطط وبرامج التنمية بالدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء خاصة التى تعانى من وجود عجز فى ميزانها التجارى وميزان المدفوعات .

We find that government policies work to provide support to producers of local goods that substitute for imports or take control measures that help increase local production in order to reduce imports. This is after increasing commodity exports or reducing imports, or both, are traditional goals that development plans and programs in developed and developing countries alike seek to achieve, especially those that suffer from a deficit in their trade balance and balance of payments.
