Abstract

تعتبر المشاكل التي تواجهها الدول النامية اليوم عديدة ومتباينة حيث تترواح من العجز الكبير في ميزان المدفوعات إلي التدهور في شروط التجارة، ومن ثم في متحصلات الصادرات الحقيقية، هجرة سكان الريف إلى الحضر وفقر سكان الحضر، إنخفاض مستوى الإكتفاء الذاتي في المواد الغذائية، والبطالة والتضخم ويساند صندوق النقد الدولي والبنك الدولي برامج التكيف التي تهدف إلى تحسين ميزان المدفوعات.

The problems facing developing countries today are many and varied, ranging from large deficits in the balance of payments to deterioration in the terms of trade and hence in real export earnings, rural-urban migration and urban poverty, low levels of food self-sufficiency, unemployment and inflation. The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank support adjustment programmes aimed at improving the balance of payments.
