194- تكاليف تحقيق أهداف الألفية الثالثة بمصر / Costs of achieving the Millennium Development Goals in Egypt

Abstract

يتزايد اهتمام المجتمع الدولى المستمر بالتنمية وتحقيق مستوى الفقر وتحقيق الرفاهية وكان دليل ذلك انعفاد مؤتمر قمةالألفية عام 200 بمقر الأمم المتحدة والذى أصاغ ثمانية أهداف للقضاء على الجوع المدقع والفقر ، تحقيق تعميم التعليم الابتدائى ، المساواه بين الجنسين وتمكين المرآة ، تحسين الصحة الأنجابية مكافحة فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية ( الايدز ) ، كفالة الأستدامة البيئية ، اقامة شراكة عالمية من أجل التنمية ، وتعتبر مصر من الدول التى تبنت هذه الأهداف والعمل على تحقيقها حتى عام2015 على الرغم من أن لها تطبيق فى برامج وسياسات الأصلاح الاقتصادى . وقد أستهدفت الدراسة وضع تصور لأستراتيجيات وبرامج تنموية مناسبة تتوافق مع الأهداف التنموية للألفية بمصر ، لتقدير مبدئى للأستثمارات اللازمة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف . عن طريق دعم البلدان المخفضة النمو وزيادة حجم المعونات والغاء حوافز التجارة والدعم وبخاصة الزراعى

The international community's continued interest in development, poverty reduction and prosperity is increasing. Evidence of this was the Millennium Summit held in 2000 at the United Nations headquarters, which formulated eight goals to eradicate extreme hunger and poverty, achieve universal primary education, gender equality and empower women, improve reproductive health, combat HIV/AIDS, ensure environmental sustainability, and establish a global partnership for... Development, and Egypt is considered one of the countries that adopted these goals and worked to achieve them until 2015, although they have been applied in economic reform programs and policies. The study aimed to develop a vision for appropriate development strategies and programs that are consistent with the Millennium Development Goals in Egypt, to provide an initial estimate of the investments needed to achieve these goals.
