Abstract

فى هذا الكتاب تأتى تنمية الصادرات المصرية فى مقدمة القضايا التى توليها الدولة إهتماماً كبيراً للمساهمة فى التخفيف من عجز الميزان التجارى ودفع عجلة التنمية وقد زادت التغيرات الاقتصادية التى شهدتها الساحة العالمية خلال العقد الأخير من القرن الحالى من أهمية العمل على النهوض بالصادرات ويأتى فى مقدمة تلك التغيرات الإتفاقية العامة للتعريفات والتجارة "الجات" وما سينتج عنها من فتح الحدود أمام المنتجات الأجنبية وتعاظم حدة المنافسة والتكتلات الاقتصادية وإتفاقيات الشراكة والتعاون الثنائية وما أفرزتة من مميزات وتفضيلات سهلت إنسياب السلع فيما بين دول تلك التكتلات والإتفاقيات من جهة وعراقيل وقيود أمام واردتها من باقى الدول من جهة أخرى.

In this book, the development of Egyptian exports comes at the forefront of the issues that the state pays great attention to in order to contribute to reducing the trade balance deficit and driving the wheel of development. The economic changes witnessed by the global arena during the last decade of the current century have increased the importance of working to promote exports. At the forefront of these changes is the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) and what will result from it in terms of opening borders to foreign products, increasing the intensity of competition, economic blocs, and bilateral partnership and cooperation agreements, and what they have produced in terms of advantages and preferences that have facilitated the flow of goods between the countries of these blocs and agreements on the one hand, and obstacles and restrictions on their imports from other countries on the other hand.
