This study intends to discuss the Asian experiences for some selected countries like South Korea, Malaysia and China (the economic, social, political, managerial, regulatory, institutional and environmental aspects of development). The study proposed many recommended policies for policy makers. Achieving high and continuous economic growth for a period of 25 years is a prerequisite for improving the standard of living. It is necessary to set some performance standards to offer investment incentives based on realizing value added, certain local component, and sectorial interconnection, increasing the competitiveness and encouraging the innovation in industrial products and to enhance current trade agreements. It is also important to maintain a stable and predictable effective exchange rate in parallel with implementing the necessary structural reforms and to design active labor market policies. The manufacturing of some parts and light products should be conferred to small enterprises. Hence, it may be important to implement a national system for innovations and orient the education system towards the futuristic industries. Finally, it will be better to carry out legislations that implement punishments on environmental crimes.
