Abstract

لم يعد الحق في الصحة أمر تختص به الدولة وحدها: بل صار هناك الأطراف الدولية الحكومية ، وغير الحكومية التي تعمل علي صيانة وضمان هذا الحق، إما بمتابعة تنفيذ الدول لإلتزاماتها بشأن هذا الحق، او مساعدة الدول المختلفة "خاصة النامية" في ضمان تمتع الأفراد بالحق والرعاية والحماية الصحية ؛ إن إرتباط الحق في الصحة بمظاهر العولمة، تمثل في كونه احد اهم الأهداف التنموية للألفية، وله وحدة قياس عالمية فيما يعرف بالمقاييس العالمية علي مؤشر التنمية البشرية العالمي.

The right to health is no longer a matter for the state alone: rather, there are international governmental and non-governmental parties that work to preserve and guarantee this right, either by following up on countries’ implementation of their obligations regarding this right, or by assisting various countries (especially developing countries) in ensuring that individuals enjoy the right and care.and health protection; The right to health is linked to the manifestations of globalization, as it is one of the most important Millennium Development Goals It has a global unit of measurement in what is known as the global measures on the Global Human Development Index.
