Abstract

تتسم منظومة التعليم العالي الحالية فى مصر بقدر كبير من التدنى والتردى وتعرقل اى تقدم لمجتمعنا الراغب في القضاء على المشاكل والعقبات والاختلالات والازمات وإحداث نهضة طفرية من خلال أفكار ورؤى وخطط حقيقية للتطوير والتحديث للنهوض بالمنظومة وإعداد البرامج المتميزة والمناسبة بشكل علمى، عن طريق الإستثمار في رأس المال البشرى بما يتولد عن ذلك من مخرجات بشرية وتكنولوجية تستطيع تلبية حاجات سوق العمل والمنافسة على المستوى الدولى.

The higher education system in Egypt suffers from severe defects that –to a large extent-lead to huge obstacles that face our country. Our society is willing to overcome many problems, disequilibria and crises related to its educational system in order to make real rise-up. This rise-up cannot be fulfilled without developmental visions and plans for the sake of progressive promotion of higher education system through scientifically prepared programs. The principal mean for achieving these goals is the big investment in human capital with its positive outcome towards satisfying labor market requirements and successful competition on the global arena.
