Abstract

تستهدف هذه الدراسة تقديم معالجة جديدة لأسلوب وضع الخطط الخمسية فى مصر آخذة غى الاعتبار بعض المعايير القومية لكفاءة استخدام الموارد وكذلك امكان تعدد هذه الأهداف الموضوعة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فى اطار منهج يسعى لإيجاد الحل أو الحلول المثلى الممكنة فى ضوء القيود المختلفة المحددة للنمو وفى ضوء عديد من من الأهداف الموضوعة والمأخوذة جميعها فى آن واحد.This study aims to provide a new treatment for the method of setting five-year plans in Egypt, taking into consideration some national standards for the efficiency of resource use, as well as the possibility of multiple goals set for economic and social development within the framework of an approach that seeks to find the optimal solution or solutions possible in light of the various constraints specific to growth and in light of many goals set and taken all at once.
