Abstract

تهدف تلك الدراسة الى تقديم تعريف واضح حول التخطيط الإدارى، ثم تشير الدراسة الى مجالات التخطيط والتى تعمل على نجاحه. ولضمان نجاح عملية التخطيط توضح الدراسة اهمية الاستعانة بالخبراء المتخصصين والاستفادة من الاجهزة الاحصائية الحديثة وكذلك الاخذ بنتائج دراسات وابحاث العلوم الاجتماعية. تختتم الدراسة بشرح مسهب حول اهمية التخطيط الإدارى ومدة وخطوات وضع الخطة والمشاركة فى التخطيط والمتابعة والتقييم.
