Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة مفهوم أجر الإنتاج وكيفية حسابه بناءً على الإنتاج الفعلي. يبدأ البحث بتحديد معدل الكفاءة العادي، ثم يتناول كيفية قياس كفاءة كل عامل وتأثيرها على الأجر. ويستعرض البحث كيفية حساب الزيادة في الأجر اللازمة لتطبيق نظام الأجر القائم على الإنتاج، مما يساهم في تعزيز تحفيز العمال وزيادة الإنتاجية.

This study examines the concept of the production wage and how it is calculated based on actual production. The research begins by defining the normal efficiency rate, and then addresses how to measure the efficiency of each worker and its impact on the wage. The research reviews how to calculate the wage increase needed to implement a production-based wage system, which contributes to enhancing worker motivation and increasing productivity.
