Abstract

يرتبط التقدم والنمو الاقتصادي في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات بمدى نجاح ذلك المجتمع في إستخدام الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية المتاحة لديه أفضل إستخدام ممكن، ولا يتحقق الإستخدام الأفضل عادة إلا في ظل وجود نظام مالي دقيق، ويعني ذلك أن الحضارات القديمة في مصر والصين وغيرها قد طبقت نظم مالية على درجة من الكفاءة تحقق من خلالها إستخدام الموارد المتاحة بصورة جيدة

Economic progress and growth in any society is linked to the extent of that society’s success in using the natural and human resources available to it in the best possible way. The best use is usually not achieved except in the presence of an accurate financial system. This means that ancient civilizations in Egypt, China, and others applied financial systems to a degree of efficiency through which the available resources were used well.
