Abstract

يعد التوجه نحو نظام آليات السوق الحرة وتفعيل دور القطاع الخاص فى التنمية هو السمة العامة لتوجهات الدول النامية والمتقدمة التى أخذت بنظام التخطيط المركزى لعقود طويلة مضت . وكانت مصر من الدول النامية التى إتجهت مبكرا نحو الأخذ بنظام آليات السوق الحره وتشجيع القطاع الخاص على القيام بدور مشارك وفعال فى التنمية الاقتصادية والإجتماعية حيث وضعت برامج التكيف الهيكلى والإصلاح الاقتصادي.

Towards a free market mechanism system and activating the role of the private sector in development is the general feature of the trends of developing and developed countries that have adopted the central planning system for decades past. Egypt was one of the developing countries that moved early towards adopting a free market mechanism system and encouraging the private sector to play a participating and effective role in economic and social development, as it developed structural adjustment and economic reform programs.
