Abstract

نجد أن العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية كانت ومازالت محورا أساسيا لأشكال العلاقات الدولية. فبعد أن نجحت الدول الرأسمالية المتقدمة، بفضل الثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية المتواصلة. فى الفكاك لحد بعيد من قيد الموارد الطبيعية على فرص النمو بها، كما نجحت فى بسط سيطرتها الاقتصادية والسياسية على أنماط التنمية وفرص النمو فى العالم شرقه وغربه، أخذت العولمة أبعادا جديدة للسيطرة على العلاقات الدولية حتى تتضح معالم وأبعاد الثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية فى الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين.

. We find that international economic relations were and still are a fundamental axis of the forms of international relations. After the advanced capitalist countries succeeded, thanks to the ongoing technological and information revolution, in largely breaking free from the constraints of natural resources on their growth opportunities, and succeeded in extending their economic and political control over the patterns of development and growth opportunities in the world, East and West, globalization took on new dimensions to control international relations until the features and dimensions of the technological and information revolution became clear in the last quarter of the twentieth century
