Abstract

يعد زيادة الصادرات السلمية أو الحد من الواردات منها أو كليهما من الأهداف التقليدية التى تسعى الى تحقيقها خطط وبرامج التنمية بالدول النامية والمتقدمة على حد سواء خاصة تلك التى تعاني من وجود العجز فى ميزانها التجارى وميزان المدفوعات ، وتحقيقا لهذه الأهداف غالبا ما لجأت السياسات الحكومية الى تقديم الدعم لصادراتها السلعية او إتخاذ إجراءات تحكمية فى مجال إنتاجها بغرض خلق ميزة نسبية لصادراتها السلعية فى الأسواق العالمية تمكنها من المنافسة وتشجع على زيادة الصادرات منها.

Increasing peaceful exports or reducing imports, or both, are traditional goals that development plans and programs in developing and developed countries alike seek to achieve, especially those that suffer from a deficit in their trade balance and balance of payments. To achieve these goals, government policies often resort to providing support for their commodity exports or taking control measures in the field of their production in order to create a comparative advantage for their commodity exports in global markets that enables them to compete and encourages increasing their exports.
