Abstract

اعتمدت الدراسة على رصد التغيرات الهيكلية لقوة العمل في مصر على المستويين القومي والمحافظاتي، من خلال تحليل اتجاهات الحجم والنمو والخصائص الديموجرافية. تم طرح ثلاثة سيناريوهات مستقبلية للسكان وقوة العمل لإعداد إسقاطات حتى عام 2032. استخدمت الدراسة بيانات من تعدادات السكان والإسكان التي أجراها الجهاز المركزي للإحصاء للأعوام 1976، 1986، و1996. تم رصد التغيرات الهيكلية في قوة العمل وفقًا للحالة العملية والنشاط الاقتصادي. كما تم وضع الفروض اللازمة لإعداد الإسقاطات للفترة من 2012 إلى 2032.

The study focused on monitoring structural changes in the workforce in Egypt at both the national and governorate levels by analyzing trends in size, growth, and demographic characteristics. It proposed three future scenarios for the population and workforce to prepare projections until 2032. The study utilized data from population and housing censuses conducted by the Central Statistical Agency for the years 1976, 1986, and 1996. Structural changes in the workforce were monitored based on employment status and economic activity. Necessary assumptions were established for preparing projections for the period from 2012 to 2032.
