الأهداف الإنمائية لما بعد 2015 في سياق توجهات التنمية في مصر / Post-2015 Development Goals in the Context of Egypt's Development Trends

Abstract

مع قرب الإنتهاء من أجل الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية (MDGs) - بنهاية عام 2015 - والإستعداد للعمل بأهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) التى ستتبناها دول العالم بعد موافقة الأمم المتحدة عليها وإعلانها – فى إطار صياغتها لأجندة جديدة للتنمية فيما بعد 2015 – خلال سبتمبر 2015 – تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد التقدم الذى أحرزته مصر نحو تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية بعد مرور أربعة عشر عاماً منذ إعلانها، ورصد مدى إتساق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بالإستراتيجية الوطنية (2015 / 2030) مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة العالمية لما بعد 2015، هذا بجانب إبرازها لأهم المعوقات التى يمكن أن تعوق مصر عن تنفيذ أهداف التنمية المستدامة العالمية لما بعد 2015، وسبل استعداد مصر لتنفيذ تلك الأهداف.

The study focuses on a set of conclusions and recommendations to enable decision makers set up the priorities of goals to include in the national strategy for sustainable development, particularly the MDGs Egypt has not succeeded yet to achieve, as well as the goals and mechanisms of sustainable development reported in the global goals beyond. but not included in the national strategy for sustainable development. The study also recommended a set of mechanisms and requirements necessary to ensure the success of financing, implementing and monitoring of achievement of sustainable development goals in Egypt.
