Abstract

The aim of prognoses is not to get a survey of the objective state of the economic and social process but to scientifically justify the quantitative growth of social production at a given time, and the dynamics of the movement of the most important factors of production.

الهدف من التوقعات ليس إجراء دراسة استقصائية للحالة الموضوعية للعملية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بل تبرير النمو الكمي للإنتاج الاجتماعي تبريرا علميا في وقت معين، وديناميات حركة أهم عوامل الإنتاج.
