طرق تقدير الواردات والصادرات واعداد ميزانية للنقد الاجنبى ضمن اطار خطة التنمية الاقتصادية ( جزء أول )/Methods of Estimating Imports and Exports and Preparing a Foreign Exchange Budget within the Framework of the Economic Development Plan (Part I)

Abstract

تقدم هذه الدراسة طريقة التقدير التفصيلية للواردات والصادرات، حيث تتناول بالتفصيل اولا طرق تقدير الواردات على اساس التفرقة بين ثلاثة من الروابط والعلاقات ، ثم توضح الدراسة طرق تقدير الصادرات تفصيلا مع الاشارة الى الطريقة المستخدمة فى الخطة الخمسية الاولى للدولة ، ثم تشير الدراسة الى اقتراح ما يجب ان تكون عليه طريقة تقدير الصادرات . تنتهى الدراسة بتوضيح طريقة تقدير الواردات والصادرات غير المنظورة مع الاشارة الى الطريقة التى اتبعت بالخطة الخمسية الاولى للدولة وكذلك مقترحات للتقدير فى الخطة الخمسية الثانية.

This study presents a detailed estimation method for imports and exports, first detailing the methods of estimating imports on the basis of differentiating between three types of links and relationships; then the study explains the methods of estimating exports in detail with reference to the method used in the first five-year plan of the state, and then the study indicates a proposal for what the method of estimating exports should be. The study concludes by explaining the method of estimating invisible imports and exports with reference to the method used in the first five-year plan, as well as proposals for estimation in the second five-year plan.
