لتحسين الجودة فى المؤسسات الصناعية"six-sigma"تطبيق منهجية

Abstract

تفرض التحولات العالمية، خاصة الإقتصادية، أوضاعاً وتحديات مستمرة على منظمات الأعمال عبر العالم عامة وفي مصربصفة خاصة، حيث أصبحت بموجبها الإدارة المعاصرة مطالبة بالبحث عن أساليب وتقنيات تمكينية لمواكبة تلك التحولات والإستفادة من الفرص المتاحة من خلالها . ويأتى في مقدمة تلك الأساليب والتقنيات إدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM التي حققت نتائج لافتة فى تحسين مستويات الأداء في عديد من المؤسسات الصناعية وغير الصناعية على السواء، وهى المؤسسات التي وفرت الشروط والبيئات المناسبة لتطبيق تلك الأساليب والتقنيات . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تطبيق منهجية Six Sigma لتحسين إدارة الجودة في المؤسسات الصناعية متمثلة فى (الشركة المصرية للمنسوجات حصنى جروب)، ولهذا تضمنت الدراسة الجانب النظرى والتعريفات الخاصة بالجودة واستعراض التطور التاريخى حتى ظهور منهجيةSix Sigma ، ومن ثم استعراض التجارب العالمية والإقليمية والمحلية لاستخلاص فوائد التطبيق للمنهجية، والتطرق لواقع صناعة الغزل والنسيج فى مصر وجهود الدولة للنهوض بهذة الصناعة العريقة وذات البعد الأسترتيجى للناتج القومى نزولاً على الشركة محل الدراسة، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان وزع علي موظفي الأقسام الإنتاجية والجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية في الشركة بعدد 167 استبيان، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دراسة المحتوي، والنسب المئوية والتكرارات والمتوسط الحسابي، وإختبار ألفا كرونباخ واختبار T-Test من أجل الوصول للنتائج تم تفريغ وتحليل الإستبيان من خلال برنامج التحليل الإحصائى Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - تتوافر متطلبات تطبيق منهجية Six Sigma في الشركة المصرية للمنسوجات وتلتزم بالمعايير(التزام ودعم القيادة العليا، التغذية العكسية والقياس، التحسين المستمر، العمليات والأنظمة، الموارد البشرية) بدرجة كبيرة. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق منهجية Six Sigma وتحسن الجودة داخل الشركة عند مستوي دلالة (0.05α≤).وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: الاهتمام بمفهومSix Sigma والتأكيد علي إمكانية استخدامه في المؤسسات الصناعية لما له من أهمية من الناحية العلمية، وذلك من خلال تقليل الأخطاء وتحسين جودة المنتجات المقدمة والتي تتناسب مع توقعات المستفيدين، ورفع كفاءة العاملين بالشركة، وترشيد تكاليف الإنتاج بتقليل الأخطاء والفاقد في العمليات والمراحل المختلفة وهو ما ينعكس علي جودة المؤسسة.

Global transformations, especially economic ones, pose ongoing challenges and challenges for business organizations across the globe and in Egypt in particular, whereby contemporary management is required to seek enabling methods and techniques to cope with these shifts and take advantage of the opportunities available through them. At the forefront of these methods and techniques, TQM has achieved remarkable results in improving performance levels in many industrial and non-industrial institutions alike, which provided the conditions and environments suitable for the application of these methods and techniques. This study aims at identifying the application of Six Sigma methodology to improve the quality management in the industrial establishments represented in (Egyptian Weavers for Textile - Hesni Group). Benefits of the application of the methodology, to address the reality of the textile industry in Egypt, the State's efforts to promote this industry and the strategic dimension of the national product down to the company under study. To achieve the objectives of the study was designed a questionnaire distributed to the staff of departments Productivity, quality, and occupational health and safety in the company's number of 167 questionnaire. The descriptive analytical method which used through the study of content, percentages, iterations, arithmetic mean, alpha-Cronbach test and T-Test, In order to reach the results the questionnaire was unloaded and analyzed through the Statistical Analysis Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the most important results of the study are as follows: - Six Sigma methodology requirements are Available in the Egyptian Weavers Company and adhere to the standards (commitment and support of senior leadership, feedback and measurement, continuous improvement, processes and systems, human resources) significantly. - There is a statistically significant relationship between the application of the Six Sigma methodology and the improvement of quality within the company at the level of significance (0.05 ≤ α). Paying attention to the concept of Six Sigma and emphasizing the possibility of using it in the industrial establishments because of its scientific importance, through reducing errors and improving the quality of products provided that meet the expectations of beneficiaries, Moreover, raise the efficiency of employees of the company, and rationalize production costs by reducing errors and losses in various processes and stages, which is reflect on the quality of the organization.
