إدارة نظام التأمينات الإجتماعية في مصر وأثر ذلك علي إستدامة أموال التأمينات

Abstract

تتناول هذة الدراسة إدارة نظام التأمينات الإجتماعية في مصر وما يترتب علي ذلك من أثار والتي من أهمها مدي قدرة المؤسسة التأمينية علي الإستدامة المالية والتي تعبر عن إستمرار القدرة علي الإلتزام بمتطلبات المجتمع من تلك المؤسسة، وذلك مع مختلف التغيرات في الفئات التأمينية وتزايد أعداد المؤمن عليهم ومستويات التضخم ومحدودية موارد تلك المؤسسة وكذلك الزيادة المستمرة في حجم تلك الإلتزامات وما هو الدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسة التأمينية في المجتمع والآثار المترتبة المتمثلة في الإستقرار الإجتماعي وتحسين مستوى معيشة المستفيدين من النظام التأميني بجمهورية مصر العربية.

This study deals with the management of the social insurance system in Egypt and the consequent effects which are the most important of which is the extent of the insurance institution's ability to financial sustainability which reflects the ability to comply with the requirements of the society from that institution, The level of inflation and limited resources of that institution as well as the continued increase in the size of those obligations and what role played by the insurance institution in the community and the implications of social stability and improving the standard of living of the beneficiaries of the insurance system in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Is there sufficient degree of transparency and disclosure of the manner in which the insurance funds are managed as well as disclosure of ways of investing these funds.
