تلقى الدراسة الضوء على ماهية التخطيط وكذلك مفهوم الادارة الاقتصادية وكونها احد اهم وسائل تنفيذ الخطط. وقد اشارت الدراسة الى الخطة العامة للدولة ( ( 1960 ) وما تضمنته من رؤى مرتبطة بذلك ، تم توضح الدراسة علاقة الحكومة بقطاع الاعمال والاتحادات والغرف الصناعية والتجارية وشركات التأمين والبورصة والقطاع المصرفى. The study highlights what planning is, as well as the concept of economic management and being one of the most important means of implementing plans. The study referred to the State's General Plan (1960) and its related insights. Then, the study illustrates the Government's relationship with the business sector, federations, industrial and commercial chambers, insurance companies, the exchange market and the banking sector.
