Abstract

اتجهت مصر أخيراً إلى التحول من نظام الإقتصاد الموجه وبما يتضمنه من نظام التخطيط الألزامي إلى الأخذ بنظام آليات السوق الحرة بما يتضمنه من نظام التخطيط التأشيري ومن هنا إذا كان النظام لأخير سيشكل الإطار العام لتوجه الموارد الاقتصادية بين الإستخدامات المختلفة سواء على المستوى الفردي أو القطاعي أو القومي وفقاً لآليات هذا النظام ، فإن إختيار هذا النظام في حد ذاته قد يطرح بدوره الكثير من التساؤلات

Egypt has finally moved towards shifting from a command economy system, including the mandatory planning system, to adopting a free market mechanisms system, including the indicative planning system. Hence, if the latter system will constitute the general framework for directing economic resources between different uses, whether at the individual, sectoral, or national level, according to the mechanisms of this system, then choosing this system in itself may in turn raise many questions.
